In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
The information on our sales pages is an invitation to purchase and does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
A contract is formed when:
Your payment has been successfully processed; and
We send you confirmation of your purchase or provide access to the purchased digital content.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
Payment has not been authorised.
Incorrect information has been provided.
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
A pricing or technical error has occurred.
We are unable to provide the product for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel an accepted order before providing access, any payment received for that order will be refunded.

Listen Safely Studio does not intentionally collect or store your complete payment-card details.
You confirm that:
You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Provided through a password-protected account or course area.
Delivered through scheduled programme emails.
You are responsible for:
Providing an accurate email address.
Checking your inbox, spam and junk folders.

Using a compatible device and internet connection.
Contacting us promptly if access information does not arrive.
The access period, where applicable, will be the period stated on the sales page, checkout page or purchase confirmation.
8. Immediate access and cancellation rights
Digital content may be made available immediately after payment.
Before immediate access begins, you will be asked to:
Expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins during the 14-day cancellation period; and
Acknowledge that once delivery or access begins, you will lose your right to cancel the digital-content purchase because you have changed your mind.
Where you have not requested immediate supply and digital delivery has not begun, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.
To request cancellation before access begins, contact hello@listensafely.co.uk and provide your name, purchase email address and order details.
This cancellation section does not affect your statutory rights where the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
9. Refunds and statutory rights
Because this is digital content supplied electronically, we do not normally provide a refund for a change of mind after:
You have requested immediate access;
You have acknowledged the effect on your cancellation right; and
Delivery or access has begun.
A refund will not normally be provided merely because:
You did not complete the programme.
You changed your mind after accessing the content.
You did not achieve a particular personal or relationship outcome.
You failed to use the access provided.
You provided an incorrect email address and did not contact us to correct it.
However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described. Where there is a genuine fault, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as:
Correcting the problem.
Restoring access.
Repairing or replacing the affected digital content.
Providing an appropriate price reduction or refund where required by law.
To report a problem, email hello@listensafely.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.

We do not guarantee:
A particular change in behaviour.

The programme is self-guided and does not provide individual safeguarding assessment, crisis intervention or case management.
We do not continuously monitor customer responses, emails or programme activity for safeguarding concerns.
Do not use ordinary programme or customer-support emails to request emergency assistance.
Where information shared with us suggests an immediate or serious risk of harm, we may take reasonable action where permitted or required by law. This may include encouraging contact with an appropriate service or disclosing information to a relevant authority where legally justified.
